PROTEIN THALAGULI

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein (35g)
  • 20g Sesame seeds
  • 20ml low-fat almond milk
  • 50g Desiccated coconut
  • 30g Powdered Jaggery
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds till it pops up.
  2. Dry roast the coconut till slightly brown.
  3. Take sesame seeds, milk, coconut, and grated jaggery in a mixer.
  4. Pulse them 2-3 times until combined.
  5. Take the mixture into a bowl.
  6. Shape them as small balls or cylindrical rolls.
  7. Repeat the same for the rest of the mixture.
