PROTEIN THALAGULI
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein (35g)
- 20g Sesame seeds
- 20ml low-fat almond milk
- 50g Desiccated coconut
- 30g Powdered Jaggery
- a pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Dry roast sesame seeds till it pops up.
- Dry roast the coconut till slightly brown.
- Take sesame seeds, milk, coconut, and grated jaggery in a mixer.
- Pulse them 2-3 times until combined.
- Take the mixture into a bowl.
- Shape them as small balls or cylindrical rolls.
- Repeat the same for the rest of the mixture.
