So here I am with all their help lost 18kg in 12 weeks
Here I am finally achieved my healthy BMI after all the hard work, with a huge thank to coach Gayan Perera and the team new start. 3 months ago when i was checking my weight it was 80kg which is not healthy at all for my height. even before I felt that i am gaining weight so crazy but I didn’t care much but at one point i needed some help because it was so uncomfortable for me, I tried various things to be healthy unfortunately I couldn’t even loose 1kg luckily all of a sudden i saw coach Gayan Perera on Fb. As their procedure I booked a consultation call and explained my self. My very first expression was he is a great motivator. I was not a gym person at all(but now love to be in the gym) but the whole team including him self is so friendly and easily approachable even though I am an online client So here i am with all their help lost 18kg in 12 weeks
