PROTEIN MANGO LASSI
Ingredients:
- 100g ripe mango
- 150g low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ scoop vanilla whey protein powder (15g)
- 300 ml water
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions:
- Peel, halve, and remove the stones from the mango.
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Cool in fridge. Enjoy.
