PROTEIN BANANA SORBET
Ingredients:
- 150g Banana, Frozen
- 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- 50ml Water
- 75g non-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop Vanilla or Strawberry protein powder (35g)
Instructions:
- Combine all of your ingredients into a food processor except the Protein Powder.
- Process everything together for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in your Protein Powder and mix it in with a spoon.
- Process everything together for another 20 seconds.
- Pour your mixture into a bowl, cover it, and put it into the freezer until frozen.
- Add the mixture back to a blender and blend it lightly.
- Serve when needed.
