PINEAPPLE COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 180ml unsweetened almond milk 
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 30g shredded coconut 
  • 130g chopped pineapple 
  • 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup

Instructions:

  •  Whisk all ingredients together.
  •  Let sit overnight or refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  •  Adjust sweetener to taste.
  •  Top with chopped pineapple
