If this doesn’t inspire you to prioritize yourself, nothing will
My client Supun lost 35kgs and won 2 Silver medals in his first-ever fitness competition.
Whether you are working towards a health and fitness goal, career, or business, we all have to start somewhere. The ultimate “BIG GOAL” can be scary and daunting because it always seems so far away when you start.
If you split goals into small tasks or targets, you won’t feel overwhelmed with them. But that’s just the first step. You need to apportion those tasks into daily doses to achieve your goals. This is something I work with my clients when they first start; coming up with a realistic plan to work on goals daily.
The key to long-term success is sustainable habits.
There is no such thing as overnight success (unless you win the lottery, of course). It takes time and commitment to achieve challenging goals. For instance, Supun has worked consistently for two years to achieve his current body composition.
Unless you put effort into carefully selecting and planning your goals, you won’t have a clear roadmap to achieving them. But even a clear roadmap won’t help you progress unless you put in the effort each day, monitor your progress, and hold yourself accountable. If you couple that commitment with an unwavering desire to succeed, you’ll be able to overcome any obstacle and achieve your goals.
