COOKIE DOUGHNUT
Ingredients:
- 1 Scoop whey protein powder (35g)
- 45g Oats
- 30g coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup
- 135g plain low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 30g mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Add all your ingredients (except the mini chocolate chips) in to your food processor and mix it until a dough ball is formed.
- Rest the dough ball in the refrigerator until the dough ball is no-longer sticky. (Should take up to 30 minutes).
- Once the dough is no longer sticky, split the dough in to equal parts. Roll each ball in to long ropes and then connect the ends together. This will form a doughnut shape.
- Once the dough is prepared add the chocolate chips on top and press them gently into the dough.
- Enjoy the cookie doughnuts.
