COOKIE DOUGHNUT

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop whey protein powder (35g)
  • 45g Oats 
  • 30g coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup
  • 135g plain low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 30g mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Add all your ingredients (except the mini chocolate chips) in to your food processor and mix it until a dough ball is formed. 
  2. Rest the dough ball in the refrigerator until the dough ball is no-longer sticky. (Should take up to 30 minutes).
  3. Once the dough is no longer sticky, split the dough in to equal parts. Roll each ball in to long ropes and then connect the ends together. This will form a doughnut shape.
  4. Once the dough is prepared add the chocolate chips on top and press them gently into the dough.
  5. Enjoy the cookie doughnuts.
