BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP
Ingredients:
- 150g boneless chicken breast, sliced into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted (7g)
- 1 mission low carb tortilla wrap
- 2 tablespoon Buffalo wing sauce
- 50g diced fresh tomato
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, divided
Instructions:
- Add the chicken chunks to a nonstick pan and cook, stirring constantly, until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Coat the chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a large, ungreased skillet over medium heat, warm the wrap. Flip over once brown spots and air bubbles form. Heat for 20 more seconds.
- Fill the tortilla with chicken, a tablespoon of tomatoes, and a tablespoon of ranch dressing.
- Wrap the tortillas around the filling and serve warm. Enjoy!
