MARGHERITA PITA BREAD PIZZAS
Ingredients:
● 1 pita bread
● 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
● 50g tomatoes, sliced
● 100g lettuce, shredded
● 10g fresh basil
● 30g olives, sliced
● 45g low-fat mozzarella
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Top the pita bread with tomato sauce, lettuce, tomato slices, basil, olives, and fresh mozzarella.
- Bake on a baking sheet covered in foil paper for 5-7 minutes (or until the cheese melts).
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
