PINEAPPLE COCONUT CHIA PUDDING
Ingredients:
- 180ml unsweetened almond milk
- 30g chia seeds
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30g shredded coconut
- 130g chopped pineapple
- 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup
Instructions:
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Let sit overnight or refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Adjust sweetener to taste.
- Top with chopped pineapple
