SPICY PEANUT CHICKEN WRAP
Ingredients:
- 100g boneless chicken breast
- 7g crunchy peanut butter
- 1tsp toasted sesame oil
- ½ lime
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 Mission low carb wrap
- 50g cucumber
- 50g carrot
- 30g lettuce
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
Method:
- Boil, grill or bake the chicken breast and keep aside.
- Put 7g crunchy peanut butter in a bowl and whisk in 1 tbsp just-boiled water.
- Stir in 1 tsp grated ginger, garlic powder, chilli flakes, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil and squeeze ½ of lime juice.
- Shred the cooked (boiled, grilled or baked) chicken breast and mix with the peanut sauce.
- Add the chicken on to a wrap, top it with shredded carrot, cucumber and lettuce. Roll up and serve.
