PROTEIN MANGO LASSI

Ingredients:

  • 100g ripe mango 
  • 150g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ scoop vanilla whey protein powder (15g)
  • 300 ml water
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 

Instructions:

  1. Peel, halve, and remove the stones from the mango.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Cool in fridge. Enjoy.
