MOCHA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients: 

• 50g banana 

• 300ml Unsweetened almond milk 

• 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules 

• 100g frozen cauliflower, steam before freezing for best flavour • 100g avocado frozen or room temp 

• 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) chocolate flavour • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 

Toppings: 

• 50g avocado 

• 50g apple 

• 50g Greek yogurt 

• 10g cherry 

Instructions: 

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend on  high for 1-2 minutes, or until mixture is smooth and has no  clumps. 

2. Pour into a bowl and add your toppings, if using. Eat immediately  and enjoy!
