I run 3 businesses, have 1 and a half year old son

I was building a business and let my self go in the process. Lots of junk food and booze. I looked myself in the mirror and realized this cant go on.

So i hit up @gayan323 and he trained me not just to loose and build but adapt to a new lifestyle. Thank you team new start.

I run 3 businesses, have 1 and a half year old son (my wife does most of the work there), work 14 hour days. If i can do it. What’s your excuse?
